We offer investors high-yield returns in an exciting and hard-to-access asset class, backed by real estate. We ensure professionals are involved at every step of the process, from sourcing, underwriting, appraisal, title, servicing and legal. Mortgage note investments offer the security of owning real estate, without the headaches involved in most other traditional real estate transactions.
Homeowners
We do what the banks can't or won't do: help distressed homeowners. We care about borrowers, and have the partnerships in place to assist homeowners to restore, maintain, or improve consumer credit and avoid foreclosure.
Institutions
By facilitating the sale of unwanted assets off their books, we assist banks and other financial institutions in freeing capital reserves for other uses.
